This Persian-style camp knife is pretty much done, I just need to sharpen it and make a sheath. This is forged from a bar of Pop's ProCut, which in my opinion is pretty stiff stuff to move around, though I may have been forging it at about 200° lower than the data sheet suggested.

The handle on this one is dyed and stabilized box elder from @gallatinblanks, and I put a couple of coats of Tru-oil on it with a coat of RockWax from @griptecofficial over the handle and blade.

I accidentally surface conditioned off most of the dark forge finish along the spine, so I cold-blued the whole thing and then use the surface conditioning belt to get a nice dark to light gradient on the blade (totally not on accident 😉).
